General Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Benelux Tek Group, Inc – Aviation Division (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including aviation workforce solutions and aircraft parts sourcing.
By engaging with our services, you (“Client”, “Customer”) agree to these Terms.
AVIATION WORKFORCE (STAFFING SERVICES)
Scope of Services
We provide skilled aviation personnel across multiple operational environments, including:

Manufacturing (MFG): Assembly mechanics, structures/sheet metal technicians, composite technicians, systems installation, production line support
-
Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO): A&P mechanics, avionics technicians, line maintenance, heavy checks, engine technicians
-
Modifications (MOD): Interior reconfiguration, avionics upgrades, structural modifications, retrofit programs
-
Engineering & Technical Support: Aerospace engineers, stress engineers, manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, supervisors
-
AOG & Field Support: Rapid response teams, mobile repair technicians, troubleshooting specialists
Personnel may be deployed from:
-
Internal teams
-
Existing talent network
-
Newly sourced and vetted candidates
Contractor Status
Personnel provided may be:
-
Employees of Benelux Tek Group, Inc
-
Independent contractors engaged on behalf of the Client
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all personnel remain under the Company’s or their own independent contractor status.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide a safe and compliant working environment
-
Ensure access to facilities, tools, and documentation
-
Maintain compliance with FAA, EASA, and applicable regulations
-
Provide supervision unless otherwise agreed
Compliance & Certifications
Personnel are deployed based on:
-
FAA / EASA qualifications (where applicable)
-
Verified experience and technical capability
-
Project-specific requirements
Final approval of all work performed remains the responsibility of the Client.
Deployment & Availability
-
Deployment timelines are estimated
-
AOG requests are prioritized
-
Delays due to travel, logistics, or regulatory requirements are not the Company’s liability
Payment Terms
-
Payment terms are defined per agreement or invoice
-
Late payments may result in late fees
-
Additional costs (travel, per diem, overtime) may apply
Limitation of Liability (Staffing)
The Company shall not be liable for:

Operational losses or downtime
-
Indirect or consequential damages
-
Work performed under Client supervision
AIRCRAFT PARTS & COMPONENTS
Scope of Services
We provide sourcing and supply of:

Aircraft components and materials
-
Rotables and consumables
-
AOG critical parts
-
Certified and traceable aviation components
10. Certification & Traceability
All parts are supplied with appropriate documentation, including:

FAA 8130-3
-
EASA Form 1 (where applicable)
Final acceptance is the responsibility of the Client.
Availability & Lead Times

All parts are subject to availability
-
Lead times are estimates only
-
AOG orders are prioritized but not guaranteed
Pricing & Quotations
-
Quotes are valid for a limited time
-
Prices may change based on supplier conditions
-
Shipping, taxes, and duties are excluded unless stated
Returns & Warranty
-
Returns require prior authorization
-
Warranty is limited to supplier/manufacturer terms
-
Some sales may be final
Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates
-
Risk transfers upon shipment unless agreed otherwise

The Company is not responsible for carrier or customs delays
Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring:

Parts meet operational requirements

Compliance with FAA, EASA, and applicable authorities
Limitation of Liability (Parts)
The Company shall not be liable for:

Installation or use of parts
-
Aircraft downtime
-
Indirect or consequential damages
